I am a Toronto-based Trauma therapist with a virtual practice at your fingertips.

What you will experience is someone who is relatable, knowledgeable, and eager to listen.

I specialize in working with people with complex pasts and survivors of childhood trauma build safe connection to the life they want.

Having trained with ground breaking trauma therapies (i.e. polyvagal theory, EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy), I utlize a combined approach along with psychodynamic theories and behavioural modalities (cognitive behavioural therapy-CBT, and dialectal behavioural therapy-DBT). This allows me to customize a treatment plan that serves you to improve your symptoms and connect to long-lasting healthy relationships with your self and others.
